Very glitchy and difficult to use. It doesn’t update you on your vehicle and you still have to use an external browser to access anything
Tire app
Every time I need to use the app, it makes me re log in. That’s stupid. It’s easier to just Google. It doesn’t even recognize my phone.

Nothing works
Let me start off by saying I love getting my tires from America’s tire. I have had nothing but good experiences with my local store, and they are both very fast getting the job done, and also offer a large selection of in stock tires for my vehicle. That being said, this app has gotten progressively worse over the years. Today, when I attempted to shop, purchase, and schedule my new tire installation, nothing worked at all. The app was unable to load any vehicle, any appointment, and I was not able to see any tires. I ended up going to the website, which fortunately still worked, but that kind of defeats the point of having an app. Please fix this! I love the convenience of being able to do all of this through my app!

It works for scheduling appointments
App is still clunky but for doing rotations and scheduling other appointments, it works.

The app is very clunky and convoluted, it’s obvious it’s just a wrapper around the website.
Need trailer option for vehicles
Need to add a generic 5th wheel or travel trailer option for vehicles. Made appointment in the app to have my trailer tires changed but when I got to the store they were confused because the appointment showed my tow vehicle.
App is not set up correctly
I should have the option to pick my tire size without giving you my car information.
Why oh why do you keep asking me to log in????
This app used to be very stable and excellent to schedule my rotations and balance for my personal fleet. But now, every single time, I log in, go to schedule, put in service type and it wants me to log in again. Then says it’s wrong! WTH? So done with messing with this. Please fix it so we can work together!

Not a native application
This is just a fake app. This “app” is merely a website wrapper. Just use the website instead of downloading this crap.
Pointless
The app is a mirror copy of the website and it’s functionality. Right down to the fact you have to log in to your account every time. Considering you can’t just shop for tires without being constantly nagged to select your vehicle, it’s a real hassle.
What’s the point of an app that does NOTHING different than the website?

Great store, lousy app
Great store, great selection, great customer service. I tried downloading the app, no luck. I input my info several times trying to create an account but it didn’t work. In the end I just deleted the app off my phone.

Usually checking in is awesome but this app on iPhone is horrible. Check in with an appointment and it won’t scroll down to check in. The button changed from gray to red but no way to hit it. Horrible app!
Shop feature doesnt work
I try and narrow down my tires by brand and I get the spinning circle of death indefinately. Never shows me any tires

I buy all the tires for my family’s vehicles at America’s Tires. I appreciate their great service, informative staff, and excellent pricing.
Right now it is Saturday morning and I’m wondering which cars are due for a rotation. How much tread was left on car #1 last time I brought it in? I bet America’s Tires has an app for that!

Excruciatingly slow
Downloaded this app because I thought it would be quick and easy but it’s very slow. Frustratingly slow

Slow working website is embedded into an app. It’s not native iOS app due to that it’s lagging and not very smooth.
