DENTIST’S!!!
It is so hard to find a dentist for me and my daughter. I have called all over my counties and no one will take our insurance even though we both have dental I find it extremely hard because I worry about my kid and her oral health also mine.
Doesn’t work
Not impressed. Downloaded the app on Apple Store. But when I try to sign in it goes to a screen that says app is only for Medicaid. If I click on the Medicare link it goes back to a signup page that looks the same but let’s me in. But no info there except name. No stored profile and no way to store a profile. After a few minutes it signs me out and goes back to the Medicaid signup page

Errors and limited access
Multiple errors for things working tried to add a pcp it’s always having technical difficulties, no digital access to our coverages this site is horrible.
Recommend Dr do accept Amerigroup
I went through the listing that was provided to me and none of the Doctors accepts Amerigroup. I called all of the listed Doctors.
Can’t finish last step in creating account!
I make it through the entire registration process, which takes about 5min., I get to the end, I hit “Register” and then an alert pops up stating “Sorry, looks like something isn’t working.” “Please give us some time to fix it. Then, try again.”

Quick to fix issues
Amerigroup is quick to fix issues with their app when they find out there are issues with the app.

Only works and loads one time then says they are working on the app so I can’t log in I’ve tried to restart my phone,my network settings everything but nothing at one point this app used to be good now it’s just another failed app

Errors
Y’all really need to fix y’all app because it keep saying error this, error that, every time you land on a page and especially when you do live chat. This is suppose to make getting healthy easier but it’s making way more difficult. Seriously, you guys need to fix it ASAP. I’ve been havin so many problems with Amerigroup for so long and it’s frustrating. Accessing your health shouldn’t be this difficult.
Also, y’all need to have a “Feedback” button in the app so that way we can tell y’all what issues we're having with the app IN the app so that we don’t have to write a review every time.

App Doesn’t work and do not want to pay on claims
Every time you try to do anything. It glitches out and errors pops up.

Fix The App
Opened the app “update or find care” pops up. I updated the app and tried to access it. Says the same thing. Closed the app. Tried to open it again. Same thing pops up again. Please fix your app.
Not working since update
It was great and served its purpose for me when I put it on my phone last week, then it updated a few days later. The screen is stuck on telling me to update it high was done automatically with my phone. Now it won’t let me in

It keeps telling me to update been trying to get a copy in my insurance card. Very annoying.

Already updated to latest version yet whenever I open the app still saying to update it, do you even try the beta before releasing the update to the public? Useless!
What a waste of storage and downloading!
This won’t even open now! Says updated version, sends me to the App Store where I’m back to the open option…which takes me back to the opening page which says updated version! And these people are in charge of an insurance company?
