Can’t check in no more
The app doesn’t let me do the E-check in for my kids. It’s annoying that I can’t pre check in for my appointments. Now I have to check in manually every single time at the appointments and do the questionnaires in person. Hate wasting time.
Malfunctioning check in page
This app used to work great and it was well organized, however, recently the check-in page is not working. When I click check-in, the page pops up and then disappears. I have deleted the app and reloaded the app on my phone. I have even put it on my husband’s phone with the same problem - quite disappointing please fix.

Doesn’t work
It literally does not work. Open the app and it never moves from the loading Home Screen.
Latest update bad
In the beginning, I was able to add my child’s doctors appointment to my calendar and the access that the app said that I was using was that Cooks could only access my calendar to add events. now I can no longer add any appointments because it needs to have all access to my calendar. Meaning being able to read all my other things that I have going on in my calendar because that’s what it says. I do not like that so now I’m having to manually add my sons appointment to my calendar now. It was so much easier.
