Coordinating with doctors

I should be able to reply to his conversations where I’m being given information about my appointment. The appointment changed and I can’t respond back to tell them that that won’t work.

Not a tech person

It took me a little bit to learn to use the app but I have found that it is easier than most health related apps and portals. Also, if I had a question, there’s someone who helps you and they were patient.

Sign in

It never accepts my password, it won’t recognize my face, it is not user friendly. I have a new iPhone so it’s not my phone and our internet is sound. You sign page is not very reliant on the phone. The only way I can get my messages from my doctors without trying for 20-30 minutes is to go on my laptop and that is very inconvenient!
