It never accepts my password, it won’t recognize my face, it is not user friendly. I have a new iPhone so it’s not my phone and our internet is sound. You sign page is not very reliant on the phone. The only way I can get my messages from my doctors without trying for 20-30 minutes is to go on my laptop and that is very inconvenient!

Buggy. Frustrating. Malpractice by their IT department.

Crashes every time i click the back button to try to get to the home screen. App must then be closed and sign in completed again. EVERY TIME.

MyChart implementations from Texas Health and Methodist work fine.

Patient

Excellent service in all areas👍👍👍👍👍

Frustrated

I’m almost pulling my hair out trying to login. There is a confusion between my care UTSW and my chart with Baylor University Medical Center. Can someone please straighten it out so that I don’t have to choose any longer? I do not have a doctor at Baylor and I don’t want to Baylor as a choice when I login. No matter what I choose it takes me to Baylor. I am trying to get the messages. I exchanged with Dr Lee and also the review/report of my bone density test. It is not showing it leaves me at the wrong institution.

Extremely Happy

Just finished the appointment with Dr. Kirkwood and the staff at Uchi Southwestern and I cannot tell you how ecstatic I am with the results and the active plan in the next three months. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Kirkwood and the staff.
