My Care app

This app is very helpful to stay on top of your appointments & keep in touch w doctors, & their assistants. Thank u for this provision. It makes things easier. I appreciate having it.

Requires You to Upgrade phone iOS software first

I was using this app and loved it, but now it won’t work anymore and is forcing an upgrade to a new version of the app that will only work on the very latest iOS software which will only work on newer phones - it all requires buying a new phone - ridiculous racket.

Care and Appts

Dr Tran & her staff are is super amazing! They respond to calls promptly, get prescriptions in quickly and provide the absolute superior care. She doesn’t rush me and takes the time to answer all my questions and covers every detail of my care.

Unstable app

I really like the app, but today it’s not working well for me. I’m in the middle of writing my current medications and diet, and the app shuts down before I can submit it. It’s a bit frustrating, so the developers need to do an update. My phone is updated, so it doesn’t seem to be the problem.

Drs and hospital admission

From the very beginning we were scared coming to Dallas. We are beyond pleased with the care that my husband Enrique Perez has received starting with Dr Truelson and Dr Gordon and their staff. Everyone so nice, caring and very knowledgeable.
Then as the days approached for surgery and we arrived at UT Southwestern William Clemens Hospital was so friendly and made us feel at home starting with Lab technician at admissions, nurses in ICU on 2nd floor and nurses on 6th floor have given my husband the best care. We couldn’t have asked for better healthcare than this and we are very grateful to each one of you who took care of him. Tk you for the gentleman in the CATT team who sat next to me and assured me it was going to be ok when I had a meltdown when my husband had a setback and had to have a procedure.
I’m forever grateful and happy that we came here. Thank you!
