Whenever I open the app I am stuck in a loop of the app refreshing multiple times per second. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged in and out, this has been happening for about 30 days now

As I work the program I am feeling some benefit, I like having. timer & detailed explanations & videos

Love the app. Only complaint is it only lets me go through the exercises once a day and I’m stopped to do the twice a day.

My provider updated my exercises after each visit. There is a video that goes over each movement so in case you forget. My pain free baby, just do the PT
