App constantly crashing
Whenever I open the app I am stuck in a loop of the app refreshing multiple times per second. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged in and out, this has been happening for about 30 days now

Love the app. Only complaint is it only lets me go through the exercises once a day and I’m stopped to do the twice a day.
The app actually helps
My provider updated my exercises after each visit. There is a video that goes over each movement so in case you forget. My pain free baby, just do the PT
Instant relief
Just knowing how to address my issues is such a relief. It is nice to know we don’t have to live in pain and it takes so little time. Thank you!
Exercises
Instructions are very clear and complete for each exercise. Any error that may get be made during the exercise is addressed. Easy to follow.
Always getting errors
I have to keep deleting and then re-downloading the app in order to make it work.
Back pain journey
Just finished morning exercise. Even tho very sore after treatment yesterday I am sore but tightness and knife pain is gone!!

Unbelievable, Impeccable Therapy!
This facility offers the most incredible improvement I have ever received over the past decade! I have been referred to the most common to the most uncommon practices in 3 different states and have never once received the level of care I receive every single visit at Airrosti! I cannot recommend them enough. I suffer greatly with EDS which creates an overall challenge getting appropriate help. Everyplace across the board has been between never having heard of EDS to having learned about it in textbooks, but not having a clear understanding of it, its spectrum of different characteristics and an understanding of the great bodily harm that can be done if I am even touched wrong! Yet here at Airrosti in Keller, TX, both Dr Smith and Dr Jackson, as well as Dotti are impeccably well versed in every form of EDS, from the mildest to the most severe forms! It is the first place in well over a decade that I can walk into with complete comfort and confidence knowing that I will walk out healthier than I waddled in with every single visit, without any hesitation!! Thank you Airrosti for helping me recover my belief in doctors taking an oath to help people and adhering to that oath without wavering one bit. My confidence is completely restored. I will never be able to repay you for helping me get back movement I haven’t felt in many, many years! Not only do I thank you, my family thanks you! My older children are loving me being able to get down in their cars low to the ground, and my littler children are loving me being able to sit on the floor to play cars or games and to sit on the sidewalk to color with sidewalk chalk with them! They aren’t asking much, but being able to do these things makes me cry with happiness. It’s just been so, so long since I’ve been able to do most any movements! One part of the body at a time and I feel I’ll get there with your help. I will forever owe you! I’ve been just surviving for so long, now I’m feeling like I can see a future of thriving! THANK YOU!!

The doctor can feel where you are out of whack and get you back in! This is part of sports medicine healing! Do not suffer- go get fixed!

Video Explanations
Having the video explanations with a review has really helped. I like keeping track of the exercises on the app rather than on my piece of paper.
Something happened with my app it was not working correctly, so I called and had to have it reset. The lady who helped me was very helpful, very clear and prompted getting things taken care of. The whole team was great.

It’s always giving me an error message
Very helpful
When you’re in pain, your brain doesn’t function properly and you can’t remember all the details and specifics of the exercises you’re shown while in the office. This app is awesome with the videos of exactly how to do the exercises what to watch out for and what part of the body you should be feeling it in when you do it. It also includes a timer so you can have an alarm go off when you’re finished. The only suggestion I have is to add a counter for those when you have to do a certain number of repetitions of something and you can keep track of how many times you’ve done it. Such a great tool!

This is an amazing place to go to if you are experiencing any pain. They perform myofascial release followed by different stretches to target your area of discomfort.
