New Alvin MH facility top notch
Being that it is newer facility transitioning from the previous ( I’ve heard that they were good there as well) I have to say the teamwork with the therapists/administrative working there ,have a well organized system and move through the rehab process very efficiently and personable to each individuals needs. Thank you for the enjoyable experience

An excellent experience with Dr Serrano, as she was very thorough in her evaluation, examination, exams/tests to do, and a very nice conversation.
ER
I was at the emergency room twice for a stopped up catheter and I was put in the farthest waiting room to wait with my stomach swollen to twice it’s normal size and in severe pain and it became so painful and intense that I had to use my phone to seek an answer to my problem from google and after sitting there for a very long time I followed googles instructions and was able to partially clear the line and I left then it stopped up again and I came back to the ER and same results no help in any way and it took me 3 hours to finally clear the line again on my own and was ignored the entire time they didn’t care how much pain I was in or that it was life threatening so I was finally able to clear it partially again and left. This has to be the worst ER in Houston with hospital staff walking around with their hands in their pockets doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. If I could rate it lower than one star I would that place does not care about the people coming in for help at the ER. Totally pathetic!
