Not a Good Company for Your Health
I have been a patient here and have experienced consistent difficulty receiving basic, reasonable medical care. Most recently, I made a simple request on June 23rd to add a repeat lab test to an existing standing order -- a test my PCP previously ordered without hesitation. What followed was over two weeks of non-responses, repeated dismissals that ignored my written explanations, a random appointment scheduled instead of a reply, and as of today, still no resolution.
The PA (Laura Truack) managing my care repeatedly responded with the same five-word answer despite my having already addressed her point in the prior message -- making clear she was not reading what I wrote. When I asked directly for the supervising MD, that message went unanswered for five days and counting.
This is not a complaint about a difficult diagnosis or a complex medical decision. This is a single lab code that takes 20 seconds to add to an existing order. The inability or unwillingness to accomplish that, while leaving a patient's documented health concerns unaddressed for weeks, reflects a serious systemic failure in patient care.
I have notified the practice that I am willing to update this review upon resolution. To date, no clinically substantive response has been provided to a request made June 23rd, 2026.

Having to sign in thru Athena Health when Athena requires two step authentication and can't deliver the second step is frustrating. Having authorized Face ID and been told I don't have it is maddening
