Not at all intuitive

It is impossible to find things. It is difficult to message with providers. This thing is awful.

Scheduling issues

It says I can schedule an appointment. Then when I try it says I already have a ticket and I should go schedule through there. But there isn’t an option to do that. Waited on hold for an appointment then eventually chose the option to have them call me back. Never got a call. Disappointing.

Difficult to use

The app sake for update I do them but they do not get saved. And furthermore I cannot make an appointment with my doctor.
