Can’t put in trips
The app software does not work for submitting information about trips taken out of the state or country. It won’t allow you to input trips of less than a week’s duration. Since most of my trips are 2-4 days in duration, this means there will be no record of my travels in my medical records for my doctor(s) to review. This needs to be fixed.

It’s great if you have a Physician who responds. Some don’t use it.
Difficult to Navigate
I am unable to find the help I need or send a message to request help within the app. When I try to call, no one is available.
