The app alone is horrendous. It constantly has errors not allowing you to sign in, and when you call customer service you are transferred nearly a dozen times. You have to call customer service because the app doesn’t allow you to reset any account information because it doesn’t recognize your information.

Terrible
This app is abysmal. Constant issue with logging in for both me and my spouse. No web links to offices/locations, no way to schedule appointments, the list goes on…straight garbage. Wish I could give zero stars. It’s 2026. Let’s make a user-friendly platform that makes the dread of navigating our health-care system a little more streamlined. It’s so easy. But I guess that just shows where their priorities lie.

Non-functional app
This app is about the worst ever. Cannot pay premium, find a doctor or providers, get personal health record, personal health assessment, wellness tools, view care plan, and cannot change primary care physician. None of those items have ever worked on this app and they don’t even work on their website. Always says this service is unavailable. Useless! Worst of all this app has had these flaws for a long time and they never get fixed!

“Back” Button Broken
When searching for a doctor, you will noticed that the “BACK” button is broken as it will take you back to the homepage and you will lose all of your filter inputs. Annoying to retype and reselect every time I look at a different doctor’s information page.

No ability to reference my data in different parts of the same app
For example, schedule a virtual visit for a dependent. All the dependent’s info has to be retyped even though it’s all there in a different screen of the same app. Including finding the member number- all that data lost while going to a different screen of the same app. Have to write it down on paper before going back to the virtual visit and having to enter it all again.
Finding and switching doctors doesn’t work
