Prior Authorization
I have been trying since May to get the prior authorization team to contact express scripts about my diabetic medication and can’t seem to get a hold of them or get them to respond to express scripts requests.

We want information but this blows up our phones with repeated test results.

Review
Please don’t send emails about test results before doctors have reviewed them. Very annoying to go thru the whole log in process only to find out your doctors have not seen them yet.
Not user friendly
Needs some updates. Tried emailing Dr. notes to myself, and that feature doesn’t work. Now the doctor notes are completely gone. How can they be there One minute and gone the next?

My Chart
I use My Chart often to send and receive info from my doctors. It is handier than waiting to have the doctor call me and use his precious time. The main problem lately is having to input all the codes to get in. One code should be enough.
ICU visit
After my surgery, I recovered in the ICU unit, a new eye-opening and amazing experience. In the 24 hours that I was recovering, I was able to witness one of the most professional and caring groups of people. From my nurse, Jamie, who guided me through my recovery stage to the overall functions of the ICU. From the good in handling the difficult patients to the critically serious managing of a crisis I was left amazed!

Frustrated
It was a whole ordeal to get access to my daughter's MyChart account, but I finally got access which was very convenient and helpful. I no longer have access, I'm guessing because she just turned 14. She is still a child and I should still haha s access and should not have to go through the whole fiasco process again.

The application is unclear and needs to be reconsidered. There is no clear contact number for booking, and it is not possible to contact a specialist doctor despite having a referral.

In general, it’s a good app and it’s very informative. However, I wish there would be more information on preventative care health statistics you can track in the app like your blood pressure or blood sugar. I just wish there was more information on health prevention thanks.
Too vague to be useful
Résults and interpretations of radiology are too undetailed to be of any use
Unable to use app
After I put in my username and password it tells me I need to put in a code it emails me. I then switch over to my email to get the code. When I switch back to the app it reloads to the username and password screen. Then tells me it can’t send another code for 9 minutes and doesn’t give me a place to enter the code I already have. I’m stuck in this loop and have never gotten past the login screen.
