Login Issues
The government has had an eternity to figure out a simple login method and refuses to adapt. It takes an eternity to try to login to our accounts. Also, why so many disparate apps???
Login inconsistent; limited functionality
Logging in is a nightmare. Other than searching for doctors (search tools are clunky) and seeing old approvals the app has no functionality. Appointment scheduling and messaging are needed, at a minimum.

Login issues
Continually says username password error, yet I use the some one on the website. Unable to login through the app! Do not use!!!!
Lack of up to date information
This app is a waste of my time. Even when I am notified of new information available to me by email, the app never had the updated information. I am on the phone with Tricare daily to manage my referrals and authorizations.
