This app is annoying, poorly designed. The audio plays on a loop in the waiting room. Here is no way to pause or mute it

Need ability to enter URL directly into the app…
Depending on the operating system to handle URLs is NOT satisfactory. Also needs ability to hold contact information for future appointments when the url takes users to the app before the appointed telehealth call time.
