Sleep with watchpat
Happy to finally have a bit of study done with my sleeping patterns. I'll admit, though having another product that, will just be thrown away and will be in a landfill longer in existence on the planet than I will be in its same form, is a bit depressing. I suspect there might be a more compostable way to do this study. The set up and video regarding using this device is a bit frustrating as well. The device's make up had me worrying about the cable from the watch to my chest, that it might be a distraction, turned out it wasn't, as far as I could tell, but I don't usually wear a shirt to bed and it seemed to be contingent on having a shirt in order to hold the wire in place along its path to the chest sensor so I wore a shirt during the study. The pulsox is tight, I know they make "butterfly" style adhesive pulse odometers, that would mean users would have a different set up, in short, I think the device could be redesigned. Thanks
