I have created my account and set up my login information at least five times in the past two days every time I go into my account it that tells me that my account is not found. Can someone please explain why I can’t ever get my information saved
Blows Big Time
I’m unable to enter the portal because it never sends a confirmation code to confirm my account no matter how many times I try. So it sucks the big man’s Wah zoo right out of the chocks.
Logon
I tried to log on and no password was accepted, so I was prompted to change it. The site sent a code to my email and I changed the password. Now the site says no such patient is found. I never had this problem before.
Horrible app
I could use the app with no issues a month ago, but now when I try to sign in, I get an error message telling me that there is no patient attached to the email address I provided. I was able to successfully change my password using that email address (received an email with a code), but I still couldn’t login, even with the new password. There’s no way to contact anyone to fix the issue, so I can’t use the app to order anything. It’s useless.
