Not getting data
App has been great, but ever since the most recent update my AirMini app isn’t receiving data from my AirMini cpap. They are definitely connected and I did all the basic troubleshooting to get it to work. A fix for this problem would be great.
Don’t give your health data away.
I’ve used this application for years now and I use my Airsense 11 every night. Today I noticed I was logged out of the app for the thousandth time and when I logged back in I was greeted by a new page asking me to share my hippa information with Resmed. Go figure, after reading about it, this is so they can collect and sell your personal health information. Hard pass, I’d rather just uninstall the app and disconnect my machine from the internet.

Horrible scynching
I have used this app for about a week and notice that the time usage does not actually add up to how much ive used it. It has said i did 3 hours and 20 minutes for 2 hours tonight and wont update. How am I supposed to know if I'm actually using it for four hours if it does not update properly what if I really can't sleep in it says I have 20 minutes left and I take the mask off after 40 and it doesn't update to four hours. How am I supposed to prove to my insurance, I'm using it?

No opt out
There was a recent change that allows use of data for commercial purposes, but in some regions there is no option to disable if you accidentally accepted - possibly because they only give the option of it’s mandated by law
