Not accurate

The scoring is adequate but the app says my mask seal needs adjusting but the unit says it is great. This makes it inaccurate and cannot be trusted.

Muy mala

No creas una contraseña y te piden una malísima app

Pretty lame

No technical data or graphs. Basically an app that shows the same info as the machine. Adds annoying participation trophies-oh wow you’re great, keep going.

One of the worst apps ever

I have tried for almost two days to log in to the app and it keeps saying my password or email is incorrect. I entered the correct information but keep getting the same message. I tried calling them, was on hold for half an hour, and no one picked up. It's terrible that you cant get a live person on the phone. I'm honestly thinking about asking my doctor to try another company because this is ridiculous. I've emailed, called, googled etc and nothing….. totally unacceptable

Missing features

This is a very basic app where it presents just information like how long you used the mask, mask seal quality, events per hour and how many times you took off the mask. It’s frustrating that the app can read from Apple health but not write, this is a small amount of information
And having the amount of time the mask stayed on should be exportable to Apple health.

No data available

More & more days where data is missing, not at all helpful. Continues to be a problem. Will gave to find something else.

Only 1 piece of equipment

I have a home and a travel unit and can’t connect to the travel unit without removing it from the app. It should allow having multiple units available and be able to choose the unit in use.

Super frustrated

Been over a week without any sleep score. Even did a reset and still nothing

No Dark Mode?

This app has some nice features but doesn’t appear to have a dark mode. Considering that this is an app that you’re supposed to be using at night, that does not make sense.

Why Can’t I Access My 2 Machine’s Data in the Same Place

For years I have wanted to access my AirSense and AirMini data in one app. For what reason is ResMed unable to provide the option to combine the data from two machines in one app. Don’t buy a regular and travel machine until ResMed fixes this minor issue which has languished for years.

Frustrating there no contact for app issues

The Resmed mask I use is the Resmed Mirage Activa LT, and it’s not a choice in the mask dropdown list. Why? It’s their own product! And no way to recommend adding it.

Battery drain

The application is well made and is simple to use but that’s about it. A few weeks ago my phone started to drain rapidly and sometimes almost had no charge left. Looking at the stats almost all of it gone through background usage.

I want more achievements!

I use this app every day and I like it. But I would love some additional features. There’s a massive stretch between 21 days and a full year where you don’t get any encouragement or congratulations for hitting any milestones. I’m pretty proud of myself for using my CPAP every day for a year, and would have liked to get a little star every three months or something. Also, it seems to stop counting days after you hit 365, but I’m using this thing for the rest of my life! I’m not even into gamification, but I find myself wanting credit for being a compliant patient! 🤣

App has wrong times

The app works well and does what it should, but the times are way off, sometimes by as much as three hours. I’ll have times show up in my timeline hours after I’ve already, not only began my day, but have been working some 40 miles away. Please fix this, so the times align with actual event times.

Not working

It will not connect although phone says it is connected to machine gives code but the 4 blanks and an option to type in code does not come up on phone. It did the first time dropped all of the info that was inputted .

Usage Time Confusing

Sometimes usage is not captured. Other times, the app doesn’t update timely and has a lag, but then the usage jumps forward to catch up, instead of smoothly progressing in real time.

Peak American Healthcare

You haven’t gotten a good night’s sleep since you were a kid. You go to your doctor. Your doctor refers you to a “sleep specialist” who tells you that you need to spend at least a thousand bucks on one of these cpap things. It makes you feel worse. It chokes you in your sleep. It requires a 24/7 bluetooth connection to your phone for some reason. You explain that it’s not working for you but they claim that’s a You problem. You fork over another thousand dollars or whatever. You still can’t sleep.

Useless

App doesn’t connect to the machine 99% of the time. Just sends you back and forth disconnecting and reconnecting, never actually getting to where you can adjust your settings. Just use the machine screen. Inconvenient but actually works.

It’s wonderful for what it does

It would be more useful if it integrated with Apple Health, so that I could seamlessly see my actual sleep data instead of what third party phone or watch apps record.
Amazing that those apps can integrate with Health, and yet the dev team for Resmed says it cannot.

Love my CPAP, Not the Apps

I have been using Resmed CPAP for two months and love it. The therapy is great and I feel so much better. However the app(s) are frustrating. I have both an AirSense 11 and an AirMini, and I don't understand why they require two different apps.

To make matters worse, each of them includes features that should have knowledge of the other but doesn't. The concept of streaks is pointless if you break a streak by switching from one machine to the other one while traveling.

I know it's petty, but if they're going to gamify the experience by introducing streaks and points, then they shouldn't frustrate you by destroying your records when actually you are maintaining them.
