Needs to be a zero star option
Do not even bother with this absolute dumpster fire of an app. Your AirMini will NEVER connect. It’s been weeks and I’ve never had my device show up more than two times, and that only occurred after power cycling the Mini AND my phone. But don’t worry - even when it “detected” the device, it crashed out and disconnected instantly.
Get ready to repeat that process for all eternity.
I’m sure some conference room somewhere decided that it made more sense to have this device be on its own app as opposed to simply adding it to the fully functional MyAir app the larger at home unit uses, and with any luck, all of those decision makers have found new employment elsewhere. Probably at the DMV.

Stopped uploading data
Worked fine until July 30, 2026. I was able to get my compliance report for year for everything through July 29, 2026. However, when trying to upload the data while traveling on August 2,2026, received an error message stating unable to upload data-contact support. Sent an email to support (since you can’t talk to anyone on the phone). Response was that they are aware of the issue and they’d work on it. Here is it August 19,2026 and still no data upload with a new message stating unable to contact server-check internet connection. I have confirmed that my internet connection is not the issue. Please just get some software engineers to fix the app or integrate it into myAir. Myair could be setup to record multiple devices by engineers. Thank you. I’ll be waiting for a solution that comes very soon.

Stopped Uploading Data
The app has worked fine but lately has completely stopped uploading data. I have a good connection between the AirMini and the app, but the app connection with the internet is dead. Not acceptable.

What is the secret to connecting via blue tooth? My god, after no fewer than 7 installs and reboots of my phone, I’m giving up. Possibly the worst app ever.
