App won’t open, intro page then crashes
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times and it just won’t open. My phone iOS is up to date and I have restarted it multiple times.
Agree with winwin007
Myair is WAY better
Useful for setup, nearly useless during therapy
The AirMini app is adequate for setting up and controlling the machine, but it falls short where it matters most: real-time therapy information.
The dashboard tracks useful data such as mask seal and AHI, but you can’t see that information while you’re actually using the machine. That makes little sense. If my mask seal is poor, I need to know while I’m wearing the mask so I can adjust it—not after the therapy session is over.
For a premium CPAP device, the app should provide live mask-leak, seal, and basic therapy data during use. As it stands, it’s functional for setup but frustratingly limited for monitoring therapy.

Needs work
Needs to be able to upload to myAir. Often won’t sync or upload. For over a month we can’t sync data. Responses from the company are non existent. Buy something else if your lively hood depends on the data. It should just be incorporated to MY AIR but it’s not.
Needs to be a zero star option
Do not even bother with this absolute dumpster fire of an app. Your AirMini will NEVER connect. It’s been weeks and I’ve never had my device show up more than two times, and that only occurred after power cycling the Mini AND my phone. But don’t worry - even when it “detected” the device, it crashed out and disconnected instantly.
Get ready to repeat that process for all eternity.
I’m sure some conference room somewhere decided that it made more sense to have this device be on its own app as opposed to simply adding it to the fully functional MyAir app the larger at home unit uses, and with any luck, all of those decision makers have found new employment elsewhere. Probably at the DMV.
