Cannot log in
Cannot log in after creating my account as it says I’ve tried to many times. I’ve tried once.
Accessibility problem
There are problems accessing the create account page with the voice screen reader on the iPhone. Check boxes are not shown and unless unless you turn on the screen recognition feature they still are not shown when you use the app. Also, it says that fields are left uncompleted when I believe I have actually completed all the required fields on the form. Could this be looked into as some of the users of the equipment will be visually impaired.

Could do better
The introduction to the CPAP kit and set-up, including bluetooth pairing, is great. However, everything is is pretty confusing. In particular, the coaching library has a large range of videos (and only videos - why not clear comic strip instructions?) explaining how to fit the mask and fix leakage etc. There’s only one video for cleaning and care - which isn’t specific to the model, spends yet more time on how to assemble, fit and dissemble, and doesn’t actually tell you *how* to clean, or how often! You’re much better off going to YouTube. Also, wouldn’t it have been great, given the app connects to the kit by bluetooth, to be able to operate the kit and its settings from your phone?

Useless
This app is useless - it wants you to type in the 4-digit code that appears on ResMed machine (which does show on machine) but the keyboard on iPhone doesn’t come up so you can’t type in the code - tried several times and the same each time!!!
NEEDS DARK MODE
Wake up and try and check app and get super bright screen, hurts my eyes. I Have dark mode on so many apps, would love the choice to turn on a dark mode.
