Could do better

The introduction to the CPAP kit and set-up, including bluetooth pairing, is great. However, everything is is pretty confusing. In particular, the coaching library has a large range of videos (and only videos - why not clear comic strip instructions?) explaining how to fit the mask and fix leakage etc. There’s only one video for cleaning and care - which isn’t specific to the model, spends yet more time on how to assemble, fit and dissemble, and doesn’t actually tell you *how* to clean, or how often! You’re much better off going to YouTube. Also, wouldn’t it have been great, given the app connects to the kit by bluetooth, to be able to operate the kit and its settings from your phone?

Useless

This app is useless - it wants you to type in the 4-digit code that appears on ResMed machine (which does show on machine) but the keyboard on iPhone doesn’t come up so you can’t type in the code - tried several times and the same each time!!!

NEEDS DARK MODE

Wake up and try and check app and get super bright screen, hurts my eyes. I Have dark mode on so many apps, would love the choice to turn on a dark mode.

Inaccurate scoring

Ok so we are all glad to be kept alive by the machine . However the range that the machine is calibrated to decide if an event occurred or not could be improved . If you wake up feeling like you been out drinking all night but the app says your doing great is because you had many events that fall under the tolerance setting . A O2 reading will confirm this . So if you feel rough but score is great don’t trust it get it looked into .

Gut aber wichtige Funktionen fehlen

Grundsätzlich ist die App gut aufgebaut. Möchte man als Patient aber Schlafhygiene betreiben und seinen Schlaf demnach sauber analysieren fehlen in der App Detail-Daten. Nicht nur kumulierte Schlafdauer, sondern Anfang und Ende. Zeitpunkte der Ereignisse. Das alles ggfs. einfach auf einem Zeitstrahl der Nacht dargestellt. Des Weiteren sollte man in der App die immer wieder geforderte Anzahl der Betriebsstunden abrufen können.

Great App but can’t change email

Need to change my email address within the app, yet unable to do so as no option to change it and builtin support doesn’t give any options to contact support about this.

It would make a lot more sense if the history was for the last few days or a couple of weeks, rather than just from the start of the current month

Hinzufügen Air Sense 11 nicht möglich

In der App unter „Systemausstattung“ steht noch mein altes Gerät AirSense 10. Leider konnte ich es nicht aktualisieren und trennen. Somit konnte ich mein neues AirSense 11 nicht hinzufügen. Das ist sehr schlecht. Der Support hat mir geholfen. Es funktioniert alles. Danke an Support. Ansonsten finde ich die App sehr gut.

Was super now it’s not

Been using it for 31 days and been getting my results from my connected Resmed airsense 11. But now all it’s saying is “checking for new data from my machine” for over 24 hours. Is there a bug in the app ? Is it only a trial ? How can i continue to see my data within the app please ? Thanks.

App is unreliable

Nothing changed, machine not in airplane mode, same phone, plenty of signal, app updated, not displaying score for 2 days. All troubleshoot steps not resolved.

Bin zufrieden aber das ist noch Luft nach oben!

Die Schlafdaten sind leider nur mit der Apple Watch kompatibel . Dies hat auch wunderbar funktioniert. Jetzt habe ich eine neue Uhr von Withings dich leider nicht mit dem Gerät verbinden kann!
Dies ist sehr schade, und müsste als bald beim nächsten Update geändert werden.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Derzeit ist die Synchronisierung der Schlafdaten ausschließlich mit der Apple Watch von Apple möglich. Geräte von Withings werden aktuell leider nicht unterstützt. Wir geben Ihren Hinweis gerne an die zuständige Abteilung weiter, damit eine mögliche Erweiterung der Kompatibilität bei zukünftigen Updates geprüft werden kann.

Good, but still bugged

I have commented on a persistent problem with this app – or possibly the machine itself. Basically in the dashboard, you were able to see information such as the number of times you take the mask off. That’s useful – but only if it is accurate the problem is, it’s not it doubles the number of mask off events. Resmed seems to be unaware that this problem exists. I have pointed it out before and nothing has been done about it. The point is, if this is inaccurate, what else is inaccurate?

I received this response from Resmed to this review:

"Your device has an algorithm that detects airflow leaks. Once the leak exceeds a threshold, it's assumed your mask is off."

That makes absolutely no sense at all, and fails to answer the problem.
