AirMini App can be hard to connect with phone

The AirMini app can be difficult to pair with phone. The device is easily discoverable and connects in Bluetooth settings. The AirMini app itself may show a message complaining the phone doesn’t have bluetooth enabled - even after connected. Deleting the app completely and reinstalling helped me get past this.

Will it connect

New resmed product.

Always had an AirSense 11. It works great with its respective app. No issues. Bought the mini since we travel so frequently. The machine works great. The app is useless currently. Tried for three straight days. It will not connect to the machine. I can find it in my own iPhones Bluetooth menu, but in the apps connect menu, it won’t pop up.

Excited to try it if it will ever work. (Phone is up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted machine already)

Garbage App Not Updated For Over a Year

This is the only app that I have where Bluetooth will not connect to my iPhone. Many others reported the same problem. Device only connects via Bluetooth and Bluetooth doesn’t work. Totally unacceptable and shows a total lack of competence by ResMed. You need to fire your software developer as they don’t know what they are doing and is causing you to lose repeat business for your devices. Fix the common Bluetooth connectivity issues you have as the app is worthless as it.

Ongoing Problems

Why is this connectivity problem still happening? Appeals that Resmed have no interest in maintaining customer satisfaction.

Connection issues

It’s great once you start up the machine and app, just follow the promps. The issue I have is you can’t record compliance for CPAP. Everyday you have to connect Bluetooth. Even then, it doesn’t save you data.

Another app is annoying

This equipment should just be supported by MyAir. Why create a whole new app just for the mini. This creates unnecessary friction for users, fragments historical data etc.

ResMed: It’s Time to Integrate AirMini into myAir

As a loyal ResMed customer, I’m extremely disappointed that the AirMini still doesn’t integrate with the myAir app. In 2026, it’s hard to understand why users who own both an AirSense and an AirMini are forced to use two separate apps and end up with fragmented therapy data.

Many of us travel frequently and expect our sleep therapy history to be seamless, regardless of which ResMed device we’re using. This isn’t a luxury feature—it’s a basic expectation for a modern connected medical device ecosystem.

Please prioritize integrating AirMini data into myAir. It would significantly improve the user experience, provide a complete therapy history, and demonstrate that ResMed is listening to the needs of its customers. Until this is addressed, the digital experience falls well short of the excellent quality of your CPAP hardware.

Syncing not working

Not syncing after trying several times. Why isn't this in the myAir app??? And it hasnt been updated for over a yr?!

Setting pressure???

Was told by Resmed that I could change my pressure in app to fit my actual script. How?

Please send the phone number for a live person

They sent a number to call & I can’t find it. I thought it would be in comments next to my complaint but I don’t see it.

It’s connected by Bluetooth but I keep getting an error saying “sorry your Bluetooth is turned off. waste of an hour-

Not very thought through

Quite disappointing, a great little machine designed for travelling, but the engineers disk t think it through:
1. App is set up for Australia, when I am travelling in Europe, it doesn’t automatically take the new time and my daily sleep results are not by real night, but split over 2 days due to the time difference. Pretty stupid really.

2. The power plug (Australian design) has the adapter right in the plug, and I can therefore not just take a universal power cable for example for Europe or the US and plug in , but I need to take an adapter for the plug and the specific design is not useful for multi-wall plugs, as it covers all wall exits, again, an engineer who has no idea how to travel

3. Worst of all, I can not even use my favourite mask, I only have the choice of 2 masks and neither I like, because they proprietary design of the mask connector is different for every mask, really user- unfriendly.

Resmed, do better!

Garbage App Not Updated For Over a Year

This is the only app that I have where Bluetooth will not connect to the device. Many others reported the same problem. You have a 2 star rating for a medical device that needs Bluetooth connectivity to access the control panel. Totally unacceptable and shows a total lack of competence by ResMed. You need to fire your software developer as they don’t know what they are doing and is causing you to lose repeat business for your devices. Pathetic.

Just the Worst

This is a terrible app. I don’t understand why you have to have a separate app for the mini and for the regular ResMed CPAP. It also loses Bluetooth connection nearly every night and has to be constantly reset. Finally, the information it gives you is so minimal as to be worthless. Why not have syncing to wearables? Why not have more data?

Will not pair via Bluetooth

I just got the air mini machine and am trying to set up the app on iOS 26.5 on iPhone 13 Pro. The device will not pair. I’ve tried several times. Unplugged the cpap and also rebooted the iPhone. The machine itself seems to work but the app does not.

Bluetooth Impossible

I’ve had my device now for two days and I have spent hours attempting to connect my cell phone to my machine and nothing has worked. What makes it worse… Is that ResMed, as well as the third party vendor that I purchased it from, closes at unrealistic times for a sleep therapy device. 3 PM ResMed, and the third party company closes at five. People are working!

Bluetooth connectivity

App is effectively useless to me. Like many others have said, will not connect to the device via Bluetooth. Followed instructions several times, plus followed all the troubleshooting instructions. Could not get it to connect. I am technically savvy and am extremely familiar with following troubleshooting instructions.

Just awful. Won’t stay connected

This app doesn’t work. I spent a long time connecting it, because it just takes a while. Then it worked for 2 days. Then disconnected itself and won’t reconnect. I read that the trick is to delete it from your phone and re-install. But who has the time, or the inclination, to go through that every 3 days. Resmed, you need to fix this.

Lack of integration.

While this app is designed as a standalone from the My air app, for those that require data for their doctor and workplace. This app needs to be able to transmit the data to the my air app so the data can be integrated with their regular CPAP, my data transmits to the cloud. A cloud I can’t access or generate a report from and have absolutely no idea where it goes as I self manage my reports and don’t have a designated doctor for this. When I’m traveling the air mini is easier than carrying my autoset 10 around the world. Resmed you have the means to integrate this data and make it easier for the patient. Please do it as it’s very frustrating trying to explain that I’ve used my machine every day when there is a massive gap in the data and they won’t accept screen shots as it could be information from anyone and will look at three months of data and question why a whole month is missing.
