Has stopped working on my phone. Won’t even open anymore, just crashes immediately

Not intuitive; too difficult to navigate; not enough reasons listed for contact; when not feeling well, very frustrating to have to wait up to 48 hours. Symptom app isn’t good. Should be a way for patient to give and receive voice messages. LL
This update doesnot work on my Iphone
despite my version is 17.4 above the 16.1 limit they mentioned. Regret upgrating.
