As part of this update, you’ll notice a new name, updated look and new features designed to create a more connected patient portal experience across Endeavor Health. You can continue using the app to manage your care, including scheduling appointments, messaging your care team, viewing test results and paying bills.

Trend plotting bug

When displaying the results of a test performed on a regular basis all data points would be shown. As of June 2026 only the latest are shown. If I select a test prior to June all the previous data is shown.

I appreciate the app. When I see results, such as blood results, I would like to know what all the acronyms mean.

Unable to Schedule Appointments

Scheduling an appointment with any of the doctors I need to see in this system is not possible. I always get a message stating that appointments cannot be scheduled online with the doctor, or cannot be scheduled at this time.

Direct contact with Doctors

Messages are sent directly to your doctors (including your photos of the problem, if necessary). Someone from the doctor’s team will respond after the doctor has reviewed your message. Phone calls to the receptionist do not get through so this method is a sure way of reaching your doctor.
