Refills
I’ve been waiting over a week for my medication refill to be submitted. I’ve place the request twice and have not heard back. I’ve been out of my medication for over a week. Is this health care????? Not in my book.
Best care provider even with the name change or merger.
I have been with this establishment with all, the named, changes and doctor’s rotation. The customer service and care is impeccable. And as long as that continues, I will continue to come and receive my care.
Patient Care Is NOT Their Thing
Recently switched to Duly after bad experiences with another clinic that canceled the last of a series of vaccines appt due to no tech in the office - needed an MA to give a shot and over-billing me that a grievance with my insurer took care of. Now Duly has failed too. Delay in patient treatment is a huge mistake…one that they can be sued for. That’s what I have experienced with them. Won’t be staying with them.
