Patient Care Is NOT Their Thing
Recently switched to Duly after bad experiences with another clinic that canceled the last of a series of vaccines appt due to no tech in the office - needed an MA to give a shot and over-billing me that a grievance with my insurer took care of. Now Duly has failed too. Delay in patient treatment is a huge mistake…one that they can be sued for. That’s what I have experienced with them. Won’t be staying with them.

Very easy to access all test results, send messages, etc.
Dr. Koliopolos is great!
Dr. K is a great general practitioner who tells you some hard things for your benefit. They’re great! Been going there for years. Just listen to your Doctor!

Slow pharmacy
I receive infusions. I have been sitting here for 1 hour waiting for my medication. It is ridiculous!!! I then have to sit and get my medication. If you don’t feel good it is horrible of you to make us sit and wait. Very poor customer consideration!! You should really be ashamed of your pharmacist!

Phone Scheduling process is very inefficient, with long wait times.....
Duly leadership needs to re-engineer its telephone scheduling processes, and improve the ability utilize the Duly app to allow online appointment scheduling for radiology and cardiology procedures.....
Great app
Really helpful and if you need medical records they are right there in your hand for any 911 emergency!!! Staff gets back with you in messages and gives you updates when you need to make appointments for your annual visits. Really love this app

I had conference with Jodi Limacher for kidney friendly diet. She was very informative and understanding. Has given me some guidelines to work on until our next meeting. I’m sure I’ll get better following program once I get better at putting it to practice.

Dr Umang Patel the best dr. He is very caring and polite. He never makes you worry about anything, always courages you about your health issue. Highly recommended.
Same questions over and over
I get asked repeatedly the same set of questions regarding insurance coverage. It is extremely tiresome!

Unexpected billing and unnecessary call to doctors office
Just called to tell to discuss and nothing new was discussed nor provided. Discussion was less than a min and was charged. Went for a physical and got unnecessary bill even dr was told this is physical.
New System
The new system Duly has in place is horrible. Every call leads to Duly. The number I used to call to get to my Doctors office leads me to Duly. I have a question that Duly CAN’T answer and there is no way for me to get to a person that can answer my question. It used to be so quick, easy and effective - now, round and round with no resolution and leaves me so frustrated. Is that Duly’s goal?

Mammogram tech
I went in this morning for my first mammogram after going through the whole process of dealing with breast cancer. I was nervous that they hadn’t gotten everything and I’d have to start over again. I told the tech this and she didn’t seem to care. It was a very stressful and uncomfortable situation. I really hope her attitude and the way she deals with patients changes.

Overly charged
Y’all absolutely do too much. I just went in for a doctors visit and y’all saying $121 I just got done paying my Full $1400 bill. I’m sick of y’all. Y’all need to stop scamming people y’all self over these doctors visits. That’s why I kept on postponing.

I haven’t been to a doctor since being in the military over 12 years ago. I went in hesitant, but was able to speak about my concerns without interruption, was not pushed to do this or that. Just listened and made some small talk. Just a simple, let’s get blood work done, and we will move forward from there. Perfect way to start a doctor, patient relationship. Very happy!
