Mychart has become increasingly unreliable in scheduling
Crashes since upgrade
Used to be fabulous. Now crashes every time I open.
Most things work well
Still difficult to find what I need, like conversations.
Very little info available.
Could not find recent or current info about test or procedures. Functionality of critical parts of app not working forcing to exit and re login. Needs lots of work’
Sucks
My password never works. And when I try to reset it it won’t take me to the Reset Password page but instead just goes back to the login page. This happens every time I try to log in. And it won’t use facial recognition anymore. Why?

Why is it so small on my tablet?
Why is it so small on my tablet??? It’s the same size as on my phone….too tiny. I cha get it, but it changes back to TINY again!

App crashes constantly
This was a great app before it started crashing! I've used it for years with no issues at all and it was great until then. Now it won't stop crashing. Refuses to open

Not good. Constant glitching so need to use web version to login.
Won’t open on iPhone
Been using this app for years and has worked wonderfully, I love it but on the most recent update it won’t even open the app!
Helpful at times but big problems
This app is great for interacting with the doctor and seeing test results. I have found it impossible to access my young child’s health record via this app however. I was sent a link to connect her account with mine but it just kept asking me to sign up and make MYSELF a new account. I already had an account. Finally I just played along to see what would happen and it stopped me saying that I already had an account. Meanwhile my 18 year old has established an account and given me access to her account through mine. This is very helpful EXCEPT now that I can access her account, whenever I go into the app to try to make an appointment or message a doctor for MYSELF—it automatically sets to her profile and I can’t use the app for myself anymore. I’ve tried everything I can think of and it simply won’t allow me to access it for myself anymore for making appointments or messaging my own doctor. This app is nice initially but has way too many bugs for family use. Please fix!

Wayfinding Tool
Amazing indoor digital wayfinding! I was able to navigate the downtown campus seamlessly to my appointments.

Wish it would allow me to see my appointment. I like Epic software but you folks have screwed up how it works for other medical providers.
Terrible billing interface
The site sends repeated emails and app keeps notifying me that I have bills overdue. However, I have tried to pay through the App (on iPhone and iPad) and through the website (on chrome and safari) but the site freezes any time I try to choose a payment method. My internet speed is 1 gig. I messaged the billing department with the issue and they said to contact the MyChart help desk. Useless.

Each update gets worse
Years ago this was a great app. It was easy to find test results, send messages to my care team, and toggle between family members. Now it’s difficult to navigate and find what’s needed, all of my family members info appears on the same screen (which when you have multiple children with medical issues the view gets much too crowded), and I only use it because I’m forced to. If I can call a providers office rather than utilize the app then I do — and I’m a person who hates using the phone. Please bring the old format back.

App doesn’t open
The Northwestern MyChart app has become extremely frustrating to use. It suddenly stopped working, and after reading the reviews, it appears many other users are having the same problem. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and troubleshooting on my end, but the app still will not load. This is especially disappointing for a healthcare app where patients rely on quick access to appointments, messages, test results, and medical information. Please address these ongoing issues and improve the user experience.
