Nothing will load, constant errors. It doesn’t even matter what internet or service I have I can’t do anything on the app. It’s useless

I would say this app is not so bad
However I’m still having problems logging in without having a text sent to my phone then when I click the link I somehow get locked out or it will sa wrong information basically saying I’m entering false information then I will call the help center again they’ll send another text to my phone
At this point I’m overwhelmed then too I can’t make a Dental appointment

Good app
App allows you to make appointments, message your doctor, historical view of your test results, your health documents and medications list, doctors report. Historical view of the billing is not visible be good to have that.
The worst
I have to create a password every time I log in to this app. I have never had a more frustrating experience.
Doesn’t do what it says it does
Difficult to sign into if you have more than one family member to look at. Won’t accept changes for sign in.
Face Recognition
It would be nice if I could actually use my face recognition feature on my phone to login. Once the keyboard comes up, you can’t push it down to click it.
Great health tool
Very useful when coordinating visits. One stop shop for healthcare needs. They say the weakest ink is better that best memory. Great app

The App has been running slowly and when I try to click on an item it shuts down and gives me a phone number to call. It’s very frustrating to use!

Password reset glitch - Can’t Use
Have tried multiple times to reset my password: it keeps sending codes to my email, each time I enter the code it just takes me back to the original sign in page with no change.
Can’t open app
After several days and talking to somebody, I cannot access My nm or My Chart and no one seems to be able to help me I am not receiving messages. My doctor is sending me. short of missing calls or messages or just not using this app is about my only alternative left.
The Best Medical App
This is the best medical app. you can even check in and it’s the best.
Terrible app
App forced me to update today. Ok, fine. Now I can’t view messages from my doctor. When I click on the preview to read the full message I get a blank screen. Very annoying.
