The new app does not work?

I have emailed your customer support. I’ve sent you photos of the issue. No one has got back to me. You took away the old app you installed the new app and the new app doesn’t open. It continuously is trying to load nothing works. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the same things happening. The app just does not load properly, making it on operable. Thank you for your time.

Your new app will not let me write a review. It will not accept Proton Mail.

All the best things I liked about this app seems to not be loading. Apparently, my settings are still saved, but it’s not working.. my data is completely unlimited. It’s just not loading. Do I need to delete and reload the app for it to work properly?
