What's New in MindShift CBT

4.2.0

October 31, 2026

NEW: MindShift CBT+ A guided program for teens taking part in a CBT+ group. If your group gave you a code, tap "Enter a group code." on the start screen, enter the code, and sign in with your mobile number. No password needed. Inside CBT+ you'll find: • A journey map that follows your group, session by session. Your plant grows as you go, and every bit of home practice helps it along. • A daily mood journal to notice how your days go. • Planning tools for fun activities, rewards and a weekly contract. • Worksheets for new ways of coping, daily hassles and steps toward a big fun event. • Your thinking tools and a Positive Emotions Toolbox to keep after the program ends. • Gentle reminders you can turn on or off. • Crisis help, one tap away at any time. IMPROVEMENTS • Fixed a crash some Android users saw while using the app. • Screen readers now confirm when your community post is shared. • Other bug fixes and performance improvements. Not in a CBT+ group? Everything else in MindShift works just as before.

really helpful.

I wish more people knew about this app, it monitors your anxiety levels, it has GREAT tools to help with your anxiety and there is a community where we can talk to eachother and listen to one another. I hope it gets more users soon.

Handy and approved by therapist

It’s nice to track my moods. My therapist approved of this app too.

Like having a CBT therapist in your pocket (and I would know lol)

I love this app - for me and my clients. I’m a CBT Therapist. Excellent resource. I recommend it to clients who struggle with any level of anxiety as a tool they can use to further their progress and for managing it on their own when we’re done. Hope it stays free forever. Love it!!!

This app saved me

This app saved me after finding it somehow unexpectedly in the hardest time of my life. Because of it, I no longer fear anxiety. I tell everyone I can about it, and use it still years later. Thank you.. so much for making this app.

Love the app!

As someone who really struggles with severe anxiety, I love this app so much. I’ve been using it for over 5 years now. It really helps me relax.

I also have OCD and this has become a part of my nightly routine. When I turn my lamp off, I play Mental Vacation from the Chill Zone. I almost never actually pay attention to it, but I love having the relaxing voice in the background

My only minor problem with it though, is that in the journal component, you can only type 400 characters. I usually only use it when I need to vent, but I need to type much more than 400 characters.

Overall, this app is amazing. Everything about it is super thought through. I would give MindShift a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could lol!
Highly recommend (obviously 😂)
