User reviews

It works

I’ve done many EMDR sessions with my therapist so I’m familiar with the process. I’ve been using this app to help with slightly troubling memories and it has been helpful. I wouldn’t recommend doing EMDR on yourself if you’re trying to process “big T” trauma, as there’s a high risk of re-traumatizing yourself and being in a worse off position than when you started.

Great app for EMDR

It totally helps me and I am able to adjust it to my needs.

Errors in the meditations

The meditations have excellent content but there are errors made by the reader in almost every audio recording. I have considered paying for the premium but want to be assured that I will not experience the same errors in the meditations.

Doesn’t work fully

I paid the one time payment and tried the watch and phone. The watch would work for three vibrations then miss 2 vibrate once and nothing till I stopped the app then it would vibrate 3 or 4 times. Requested a refund as it’s causing stress not relieving it.

Regularly crashes and doesn’t work well with Apple Watch

Crashes before the end of a cycle, missed vibrations or cut off beeps when watch is “active”, visuals work well on phone, but the visual gets stuck and continues to show on watch.
Doesn’t always recognise watch is active and requires multiple refreshers to work.
