Wonderful app

I used the free 2 weeks trial AI IFS session and it helped

Good App

I am so glad I found this app, and it has been helpful to practice in between therapy sessions. I just wish it does not end when it has reached texting limit and having to restart. Otherwise, I love it.

Loved the app

I use the as a reference for therapy sessions and it’s really helped my parts become more harmonious.

Too many glitches

I’m having tech glitches every step of the way, it’s really frustrating. The team is not doing a good job with the app interface and the web interface either.

And to add insult to injury, whom ever is the person replying to customer service emails completely lacks in any kind of empathic communication skills. Which is ironic for a therapy app.

Buggy and frustrating

I’m struggling to understand why this app has such high reviews, as I am incredibly frustrated with the amount of bugs encountered while attempting to do very simple things, like navigate the different menus, add parts, add relationships, etc. It’s great that there is an app for IFS but I personally prefer to stick to pen and paper over this app.
