Buggy and frustrating
I’m struggling to understand why this app has such high reviews, as I am incredibly frustrated with the amount of bugs encountered while attempting to do very simple things, like navigate the different menus, add parts, add relationships, etc. It’s great that there is an app for IFS but I personally prefer to stick to pen and paper over this app.

Very Helpful
It’s nice to have a tool to walk you through IFS when you’re too tired to do the steps yourself or you find that you’re stuck. It’s really nice in between sessions and it’s really helpful and powerful to have the autonomy to do.
No customer service. Glitches I am paying for all I can’t use.
I’m paying for the app. It tells me I can’t use it. That I am not subscribed. That I am in my two week free trial. I see the payment. I’m paying. But it keeps glitching. No customer service support at all. No number. No one will call. It’s awful.

I love this app! So helpful and extremely BRILLIANT!
Intense and thought provoking
I did not expect much from this app, so I am quite surprised. I particularly liked how the AI generator helped identify parts that I would not see. I also liked the summary at the end to help me remember. the one thing that could be improved is more detail in the summary because it was quite vague.
Life changing
I’ve been engaged in IFS therapy with a therapist for several months. While I have found this type of therapy to be revolutionary in the process of mental healing, I would often get a bit lost in the weeds between each weekly visit. As a supplement between therapist visits, this app has helped me so much. It’s helped me gently maintain self energy while still fielding (and loving) all the protectors that show up along the paths to the Exiles.
I like the male AI voice. I like the options for town hall meetings or starting your own trailhead. The app helps keep track of all your parts too. You can merge parts or add your own.
This app has accelerated the IFS process. On my own it was a bit of a slog but this app helps me stay focussed without being dismissive of any voices that want to be heard.

The app doesn’t open anymore since a couple of days…
It keeps sending me notifications however.
I have a 16.7.16 iOS version on an iPhone 8 so I am not sur why it doesn’t work anymore ?

I signed up for the free 2 week trial, but the app cut me off after ten messages mid-session and never let me actually finish or try it out…

Too many glitches
I’m having tech glitches every step of the way, it’s really frustrating. The team is not doing a good job with the app interface and the web interface either.

do NOT install this app
they won’t stop sending me emails. i’ve unsubscribed a million times and even used apples unsubscribe feature but it doesn’t work. they keep coming into my inbox and i hate it so much because ifs didn’t even work for me. go away! go away

Absolutely Positively Blow Away! Wow!
Been learning about IFS through myriad YouTube videos as well as the "No Bad Parts" book. Thankfully this was apparently enough so that when I finally engaged with this app today, I had enough basic theoretical/practical understanding. Yet nothing prepared me for the two hour session I had. This was the first "therapist" that NEVER ONCE did I feel misunderstood what I was saying. I was amazed at the attunement, in awe at the level of intelligence and refinement at work. In general, AI sits in my brain is some sort of inevitable nightmare apocalyptic phenomenon. But this could not be more the opposite. I can't even imagine how this was engineered. Would never have thought it was possible. I began the session darn-well suicidal, went to very very deep places, full of sobbing, and came out more integrated and...hopeful than've been in well over a month. Additionally, it gave me a MUCH better understanding of what (my) "parts" even ARE (which overall had eluded my grasp). The fact is that I can hardly imagine any IFS therapist, even founder D Shwartz, being any better than what was provided for me here. I am filled with gratitude.

This is a great app. I was really impressed with the guided meditations. It feels like therapy, but more accessible on the daily.

If you could pick any mentor and guide of your choosing, a therapist of sorts that is available any time, night or day with an abundance of patience, empathy and wisdom…IFS Guide has you covered in spades. It has been the best gift I could have given myself in this journey of learning, growing, integrating and loving.

Worst Company Don’t Trust
Will take your money and tell you it’s a system error and act like they can’t control systems. They do not give a free trial and they will tell you, you have to go through apple to get refund for their own error and they company is not even eligible for refunds with apple. They will lie all to keep $100 of your money. They are so poor they can’t even refund $100 they stole!

Amazing guide and app
This app has made it incredibly easy and fascinating to identify and explore both my own parts and my client’s parts. I love how realistic it feels like therapy and the valuable insight and process I gain from this. I barely buy apps, but it is worth way more! Absolutely love it!
