Trial not starting
Response from developer
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m sorry you’re running into this. We are aware of an issue affecting some users where a trial or subscription may show as active in the App Store but not immediately unlock access within the app. Our team can manually review and restore access in most cases. Please contact us through the in-app support option or email support@sentur.app, and we’ll be happy to help get you up and running. Thank you for your patience while we work to improve this experience. — The Sentur Team

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the app helpful for IFS work, and I’m sorry to hear it didn’t feel like the right value for you. We never want anyone to feel disappointed. Since all billing and refunds are handled directly by Apple, you can request or appeal a refund anytime at reportaproblem.apple.com. We’re always listening and improving based on user feedback — if you’re open to sharing what you were hoping for or what would make the app more valuable to you, we’d truly love to hear from you at support@sentur.app. Thank you again for helping us make Sentur better. Thank you for your feedback — I understand where you’re coming from. Sentur was originally created by a small team, but for the past 18 months, it’s just been me — a therapist, not a developer — continuing to support it because I believe deeply in making trauma-informed care more accessible. I know there’s room to make the setup and experience smoother, and your feedback truly helps me focus on that. I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
