App won’t allow adding patient
Without an Rx number this app does not allow adding a patient. We have used Giant for vaccines only. We do not have Rx number so cannot use the app to see our vaccine history.
Doesn’t work
For the past year this app has not worked for me. I have been unable to log in, I have tried to reset my password but I never receive the email to reset it. I have even called to talk to customer service and that didn’t work. I was able to manually enter my prescription to have it filled and that has since stopped working.

Very Limited App
I transferred to Giant from Safeway. The Safeway pharmacy is part of their main app, and although it isn’t perfect, it has a lot more capabilities than the Giant Rx app. There’s no way to manage notifications: no way to select text, email or push or choose those instead of annoying phone calls. I also can’t delete expired prescriptions.

Verification call does not work
I receive a phone call for verification, but no verification code is provided. Also, people with hearing impairments may not be able to use the app because the only verification option is through a phone call. More verification options should be provided to make the app accessible to everyone.
