Manage Prescription?
This review is for the app- the pharmacy is great. The app is frustrating since there is no way to actually manage your scripts. Years ago I could remove medication I was taken off. I could put it on auto refill and remove auto refill if I had too much on hand. NOW. Now I can’t do either.
Pharmacy app frustrating
App allows you to refill but when you get to counter they have info saying otherwise ie need to wait for insurance, need refill etc. Information in app should reflect what pharmacists have! Incredibly frustrating!
RX list order
I enjoy the ease of use with the app but I’d like to see that prescriptions with refills be listed at the top. And a way to clear the list of old prescriptions.
Doesn’t open
Get message unexpected error. Looks like a great app if it only worked.
Login issues
The app used to work pretty well until about a year or so ago when they made some changes to the login process and did away with the sign in and tried to replace it with a pin or something. I have yet to be able to log into my account since then, despite trying so many times and it’s really frustrating and annoying. Reset password, etc always get an error.
