App is Great, Providers are Not!
In the past I’ve received overall good service from MedStar, however this was not the case. I explained my symptoms several times to the provider. I also let her know my concerns, with not being able to come in person. I have had these symptoms before and let the provider know this and felt I was completely ignored and she diagnosed me based on a scale that is generic and isn’t the same for everyone. 1/5 stars.

MedStar does not allow providers to order any testing if you’re seen on this app. This app is a waste of patient time and a waste of provider expertise.
No orders
They are unable to order any tests or imaging. Pointless
Used to be good
I use my insurance. Now, they try to charge me $79 plus bill my insurance. I have no copay with my insurance. I called my insurance to make sure nothing changed, and they said that they shouldn’t be charging me! Crooks!
Skipped several times to different providers
Really thankful for my visit with physician assistant Lopez. Unfortunately I was skipped four times for the waiting room by different providers without explanation. It would say my visit was loading and then match me with a new provider. That was very frustrating.
