App is Great, Providers are Not!
In the past I’ve received overall good service from MedStar, however this was not the case. I explained my symptoms several times to the provider. I also let her know my concerns, with not being able to come in person. I have had these symptoms before and let the provider know this and felt I was completely ignored and she diagnosed me based on a scale that is generic and isn’t the same for everyone. 1/5 stars.

Not helpful
MedStar does not allow providers to order any testing if you’re seen on this app. This app is a waste of patient time and a waste of provider expertise.

They are unable to order any tests or imaging. Pointless
Used to be good
I use my insurance. Now, they try to charge me $79 plus bill my insurance. I have no copay with my insurance. I called my insurance to make sure nothing changed, and they said that they shouldn’t be charging me! Crooks!
Skipped several times to different providers
Really thankful for my visit with physician assistant Lopez. Unfortunately I was skipped four times for the waiting room by different providers without explanation. It would say my visit was loading and then match me with a new provider. That was very frustrating.

Mable was kind, professional, patient and asked all the right questions. Extremely helpful with sending the prescription to the pharmacy and making is easy to me to get taken care of. Thankful to the evisit team for being available on a weekend. Appreciate all that you do.
Great service for people under the weather
When I’m sick I don’t even want to get up to shower. Let alone go see a Dr . I’m super grateful for this service so I don’t have to leave the comfort of my home.

I love how easy it is to get seen for minor issues. The longest I’ve ever had to wait was 10 minutes! That’s a lot better then an ER visit!! Love this!
Quick and painless
Coming home from work and not feeling well on the weekend does not give me many choices for medical help. But, when I was told that I could get urgent virtual medical care by installing the MEDSTAR e-visit app, I never would have guessed how easy this would be. Additionally, the professional provider who spoke with me knew almost immediately what I needed. From my own sick bed I got immediate care and a prescription sent to a 24 hour pharmacy. Totally painless and so convenient!! Bravo MEDSTAR E-visit.com app!!

GREAT HEALTHCARE OPTION
I needed to be seen by a physician and didn’t want to really go out and about so I choose the E-Visit option instead and so glad I did. The doctor was polite, professional and knowledgeable. It was also a pretty quick process which was another plus. I highly recommend the E-Visit option especially to those that have a contagious illness.
