The app is pretty user-friendly. I just wish when trying to add images of your insurance card, it doesn’t force you to take a picture. It would be nice if the app would allow you to upload a file from your smartphone if you already have a digital copy saved.

I feel like I spend more time updating this app than using it! It’s so damn frustrating! Now this app won’t work on my IPad because it’s too old and won’t support my IOS…
I need to get into the app for a virtual visit I don’t want to refill pages of information each time. My appointment is waiting and I need to get to it. As a Medicare patient it’s redundant in particular.

Great, as long as you don’t want to communicate or get payment information or medicine lists….
What a dud. No links work anymore such as medications list or payment due. Also, I can’t message anyone at one of my Dr offices.

This company is horrible and will refuse to fix billing errors costing you thousands of dollars.
Not an app
Confusing menu structure, several menus sometimes on the left, sometimes on the right, and an app that requires web login but doesn’t have Face ID support. It’s slow, and not particularly visually pleasing. Every time it’s slow and loading, it blocks all actions, so god forbid you wanted to glance your messages - now you are timed out from using the app for the next 5 seconds.
Everything in the app is just a web page and it’s really a subpar experience. In fact, the app will link you out to a multitude of pages, so it’s not really clear why this app even exists. Many things like medical summaries aren’t available in the app.
It may as well just be a bookmark. Why they bothered with such a poor app, I don’t know.

Needs to sync with Apple Health
This is the first time I’ve used an app that doesn’t sync my health with Apple Health. It makes no sense to not have that available, that feature from MyChart is my highest priority. I may switch health providers to one that supports MyChart.
Messaging
The app should show me my sent messages that haven’t yet been replied to by the provider, but it doesn’t.
The office is so efficient now.
Been going here for years. It keeps getting better.
Why the extra step to verify yourself?
You can’t just log into the website…you have to get a text message with a code that must entered to find out what the message is???
duplicate bills
Watch out for duplicate bills. I’ve raised my case in the app regarding duplicate bills. Each time I’ve been charged twice for each service received. I was told they would look into my case but I haven’t received an answer in more than a month.

Not a great experience. Waited over 1/2 hour for dr to join “meeting”. Physican assistant was not friendly and I didn’t feel heard.
Wasted my money, as they were unable to assist in any way. Tylenol is better than what they sent in and I won’t pay for that. Especially since I have to pay a second time to go see dr in person several days from now whenever they have availability.
When I said there was no information about what they could/couldn’t treat, they INSISTED I got a text and an email about their policies.
I only had a text saying they were running late.
10/10 would NOT recommend using this site. Just find a local urgent care.
