Excellent way to communicate with my PCP
MyPrivia has been very useful in reaching out to my PCP, in non-emergency situations. I don’t have to call his office but I know he will get to read my messages and will always get a response.
Not user friendly
Difficult to access as I had an Athena account with another practice. It was not a difficulty I needed after having been so sick.

The app is okay it’s not something that I have to use all the time. Needs to be a little bit better for 5 stars.

This app is a joke, it doesn’t remember your login credentials, makes you setup from scratch each time. It won’t show the password. Whatever you try to do it makes you log into the website anyway.

Fast and Easy!
Very convenient to have on the ready and use this handy app on your phone to simply schedule that annual doctor’s appointment!
Awkward app-
My Chart is much more user friendly. Can’t see sent messages.
Half App
For any attachments such as referrals or test results, and to see messages more than once, you have to go to their website… Really?? This app could do so much more. Maybe if more negative reviews occur..

FaceID and Login
Doesn’t work and manual log in is slow. Messages don’t always appear.

Face ID could be improved
Your response missed the mark; my previous submission indicates I already have biometrics correctly enabled at the device-level. Please reread it and try again.

Mostly user- friendly, but billing section doesn’t provide right contact telephone number or text method to directly contact billing representative to ask questions or resolve disputes.
Also no provision seems to be available to use FACE ID to make it easy to login to the App site.
Check in process is poor and cannot download the id photo when tried.
Logging in is hard and time consuming.
