Could not be better
There’s nothing to say it works everywhere you will have no problems travelling the globe with Amex and benefits are genuine, We’ve had nothing but problems from Australian credit cards like Visa blocking our card. Referring us to security breach. For absolutely no reason whatsoever and they don’t know what there doing

Continually complained and disputed scam charges only to be told to pay. Beware. Zero stars if l could.
Never fails
I find the app very helpful and easy to use on my mobile no matter where I am. I can Keep an eye on my transactions and this makes life less stressful
Refresh not possible
When in the mobile app if a payment is made while you’re using the app you cannot refresh the app to see said payment. You have to exit the app and go back into the app. I swipe down to ref refresh would be in line with all other apps in the iOS store and make perfect sense.

I’m happy with the App it fulfills my needs and expectations, it’s easy to use. I’ve been using Amex for a long time and always been happy.

The app is laggy, as well as the links open to a browser which is not intuitive like other apps out there for similar services.

Amex is the best card in the world. Travel insurance is billion times better than Visa or Mastercard. The service, the courtesy and the refunds are guaranteed and prompt. This is outstanding and extraordinary. I’ve been a member for Amex for over 30 years and never ever had an issue with the company or its courteous employees. Thank you so very very much life savers.

Best credit card app
I have used so many credit card companies and there apps. Amex is by far the best mobile credit card app I have ever used. Keep it up!
Too many bugs
Been using the app for a few days and feel like it has quite a few glitches. Took several attempts over two days to add to apple wallet, transactions are showing on the wrong date, possibly US time difference, and I can’t see transactions made by my wife with her card. There is no limit on our card, but when I use the feature to see if we have credit for a large purchase, I keep getting an error message and no answer to my query
