Terrible service levels

They call and leave a message asking you to call them, you call they have no idea why they called you. Their live chatters don’t read your message and are argumentative. You pay your bill on the due date, showing reconciled in their APP and then they email you the next day saying you haven’t paid. Too hard after paying a $1400 application fee.

Late payment fee

I paid my card account the day before the due date and they still hit me with a late payment fee. Member since 1987.

Getting to pricey

It’s becoming way to expensive the yearly fee is one of the highest now and you are no longer the only one offering no international fees

I got an Amex for payment of business expenses and it is used only for business expenses but keeps declining payments - if this continues I will be closing the account
