Great customer service but still lack of retail acceptance is annoying
Missing options
I have spent the last 50 minutes trying to find an option on my app that isant there yet all instructions claim it is. The view pin option is not in manage account t or account tab. I have since changed password and tried every option going this is driving me insane
Travel chat is dodgy
I went to get some support with travel I booked through Amex while in Brazil. Trying to avoid £2.50 per minute phone calls doesn’t seem possible as each time I go to use travel support the buttons are disabled and I’m looped through to general account assistance.
Unfortunately they just redirect me to the travel chat that is disabled.
At a minimum getting a local Brazil support number would be helpful. Instead it now feels like a fake service as far as the chat support is concerned.
