I downloaded it and then it said it was obsolete and I had to get another one of their apps instead.

Unable to do a custom schedule repeating every 2 weeks.

Great idea in the theory but totally useless.
Paid for the monthly subscription and can’t get onto my account. Keeps freezing on the log in page. Tech team haven’t been able to fix it after two weeks of trying.
Set up a new account to start afresh, managed to log in but impossible to edit or delete any calendar entries.
Should not be on the market, especially as it has been developed by a ‘reputable’ and expensive mediation company.

Useful but needs notifications
Useful app for what is needed but would be better if it sent notifications to your phone Home Screen to let you know when Co-parent sent information etc.

Less crashes per day on M4
App constsntky crashes and asks me to setup a pin no matter how many times ive done it. The RP who selected the app and insists on its use is having issues understanding how to operate it and its features so it has just become WhatsApp. A tutorial section or How to guide would really help people in these circumstances.

Seems suitable for what you need it for
Seems like a suitable app for what it’s required for. One niggle that’s growing in irritation is the ‘set up a pin’ never working. Every single time I got in it asks me to set a pin, then confirm said pin. To only be met every single other time by the same I distance that I should set a pin. I’ve begun ‘skipping’ the step but I shouldn’t have to. It’s a paid for app that simple functionality should work within. Other than that, does what it says on the tin and I’m happy with it.

Potential
As it currently stands, the app is not up to the messaging platform standards. The only point of this app in my opinion, is to have a standard way to communicate with a coparent. There are so many half baked features. They should not be able to charge the $13.49 CAD / month for a underbaked app.
The messaging doesn’t support multi-line, images send instantly, so if you accidentally tap the wrong one, oops, hope it wasn’t a sensitive one. The formatting is confusing. The design is good, but they need to fire their developers and get experienced messaging engineers to rewrite the messenger.
In terms of bugs, on the first install I was asked to set a pin every time I opened the app. When my invited co-parent joined, nothing showed up, had to reload the app. When I added my kids, I tapped save and nothing happened so naturally I tapped again, ok, now I have duplicate kids.
I don’t know how important the other features are to other users, but the messaging should be top notch or this whole app is useless.
My suggestion is fix the critical features, don’t waste engineering dollars on stupid stuff that doesn’t fix the core app issue and reliability.

Can’t access the app
Just downloaded the app, agreed to do a free months trial and I can’t get past the sign up page. It keeps telling me I need to subscribe but then when I try to it tells me I have and there are no other options. It’s so frustrating.
Great tool for co-parenting
This app has been so useful in helping me and my ex navigate co-parenting. It’s so useful being able to schedule shared events and prevents confusion/ arguments! 100% would recommend if you’re struggling like I was with co-parenting! I’m still finding it tough but this app definitely helps.

Perfect for co-parents
This app has made co-parenting so much simpler. Love the idea of shared co-parenting goals, think this will really help me and my ex keep to similar routines and parenting across both households.
