£1 nero drink gone up and now needs to be used within an hour??

Literally thinking of leaving Three for another carrier over the £1 Nero coffee being nixed and replaced by £2 Nero coffee. Hell no.
Okay, but currently doesn’t work.
I’ve used the codes for a few years now, no issues or problems, quite a good deal.
Recently neither the app nor website accept my login details.
Despite resetting passwords and reinstalling, and contacting Three directly, nothing works.
Guess we’ll see.

Does not work
App has stopped working and will not allow me to reset. I get an error message saying I have used the wrong information too many times even though I am resetting with new password. I receive a text message to reset but then am refused. I have reported to Three but as usual they do not have a solution.
