It works when he wants, and is impossible to keep a phone conversation. Definitely is not worth a try.

Another update and no fix!
Useless, every time I go to use the app it has logged me out.

Hopeless
Some time ago, I added my wife’s mobile to my account. She never used it and with her agreement, I removed her mobile from the account.
I now find that MY account has been changed, without any contact with me being made, to her old number and name!
I am still using my mobile, hers is lost and Smarty can no longer be contacted directly,

Avoid Smarty😤
If you plan on using your mobile data to its max, expect slow connection and the constant restarting of your phone to access the internet you paid for! Even with unlimited data the connection was terrible and every 10-15 minutes it pretty much stops working. The most frustrating part is that the app was amazing when i was using about 17G out of my 40G plan every month, but as soon as i started using 25+ it started slowing down on me. Likewise it does not do carry over so every month it restarts despite you having excess and i found that other some other companies don’t do this. Moreover you cant change plans even though u have run out of internet, all you can do is top up until the plan timeline has ended for that month. Therefore expect paying your monthly internet bill (and some more) for less internet. In summary the app is predatory and when time gets tough (aka increasing data use during exam season or whatever it may be) trust that Smarty is not a reliable internet source!

I’ve been using smarty mobile for a few months, their service is amazing. I have over 10 sims and every single one has worked perfectly, no downtime/issues! Thank you for running such an honest & reliable service.
