I’ve got to be honest - they seem to be crooks. I got fed up with the bad signal dropouts from Smarty so I requested a PAC code, and changed to another provider. Smarty were by law required to cancel my rolling one month contract, but they just carried on taking money from my account. I requested a refund. After six hours they still hadn’t agreed (it was only £8!) so I have resorted to opening a case with PayPal. BE VERY CAREFUL!

Astoundingly BAD!!

Who ever heard of such a thing!! I want to upgrade to unlimited “£20 a month” can’t do that until the £5 plan resets even though it has run out. What a pathetic policy.

Login not working

My email and password for logging into the app isn’t working. It keeps telling me they are both incorrect. I need this sorting out asap. I can’t even top up my balance as I need the paypoint barcode and to use it I need to log in.

Very happy i went with Smarty

I was looking for a pay as you go sim since i’ve just finished a 2 year contract, and i saw smarty sims in the post office offering 80GB of data, unlimited calls, unlimited text all for just £10 a month. Very happy with that price for what you get, me and my mum both went with Smarty and both have bought the £10 plan. We are going to stick with this every month, very good price

Still constantly logs you out

Another update and no fix!

Useless, every time I go to use the app it has logged me out.
Lots of people reporting this but still not fixed!
