Pdf not working

Pdf button no longer works so I can't read or display my bill. Recent updates to the app have cluttered the screen with promotions and ads . Can we have one simple tab and a separate tab for all the clutter

Broken

Not been able to view my usage in £ for months (only kWh). Contacted support but they haven’t been able to provide a solution. When I first moved to Octopus, the App and support were great but more recently things are getting worse. Need to refocus on the basics!!!

Trouble free

I have lived in this property for 49 years and I have had seven electrical suppliers over that period, none of which have come even close to the reliability of the service or billing accuracy.
I highly recommend
octopus.

Eva Charger

Had a new EV Charger installed by Octopus. Have an issue with the app not connecting to my charger and no customer service available till Monday. Had to charge at much higher cost at local charge station.
