Terrible company
The worst, actual zero intelligence. My internet isn’t working, click support and it opens a webpage, the webpage says to download the app. You can’t do anything. They have no problems taking their money but everything else is broken. I hate this company and everything to do with it the worst of humanity.

Worryingly unreliable and unstable
Difficulty logging in on various occasions with the process seeming variable and unstable. On my latest attempts, after successive apparently successful log-ins, using emailed and texted passcodes, the app threw me out and back to the log-in. This happened four times. Eventually “There seems to be a problem.” Yes there does.

App doesn’t work, cannot view account, change my package or pay my bill! Ongoing for weeks.

Won’t switch plans show current plans or give help
