NEVER WORKS!
ALWAYS an error, same as the website, the app constantly has something wrong with it. It’s literally impossible to do anything it’s infuriating.
Literally the most useless piece of rubbish app I’ve ever had to download
If I died and was reborn I would never chose ee broadband simply because of the useless and unintelligent “AI” message help system. Not only did the AI provide me with the most useless conversation but also it basically just told me to search up my issue on google. Whatever prick made this app needs to seriously rethink their career path and potentially go and work a simpler job because clearly they can’t handle the pressure of having to provide an actually useful service to millions of customers around the UK.

Contacted EE 5 or 6 times about my WIFI not working, kept getting different reasons as to why it wasn’t working or being told that they couldn’t see anything wrong at first. However when I explained the issues, the fact I had no WiFi or that the WiFi was extremely temperamental, they would give me reason why it was happening, claim it was fixed yet it never was.
I felt like I was just going round in circles with them. Nothing was being done to actually fix the situation, when I did have a connection, it wouldn’t last long and it would be extremely poor.
I wouldn’t recommend EE WiFi, I ended up switching due to how bad the WiFi was and the fact that it just wasn’t being fixed.

PDF download stop working
Basic function to be able to download an invoice not worked for months and the workflow to download takes about 4 clicks. Be nice to have simply button on home page to download with one click.

I always pay my bill on time but the app always shows it as overdue and unpaid. This needs to be solved
