Awful customer service
Trying to leave three was almost impossible. I spoke to multiple agents on live chat, all who kept insisting they could get me a new deal despite me leaving them due to the poor service in my area and most areas I travel. Even after telling them this they insisted this couldn’t be true and repeatedly told me about there merger with another network, which has had no impact on my service. In the end I spoke to 4 agents before being given my PAC code as was the initial request. They only seemed to listen to this when I refused to say anything else to them and had to be really blunt with them.
