Never used my 5GB data allowance in 15yrs, one month with Lebara and I used 10GB in less than 30 days!

I recommend Lebara to anyone, app is so easy to use. Great to use abroad with free roaming in many EU countries and good prices in countries such as US and very easy to purchase through the app. Network is also much better than O2 for me reception wise and quite a bit cheaper.
App doesn’t open
App opens with an error message and keeps loading forever.
New app is broken- help doesn’t work
The previous app was excellent and the support from Lebara of a high standard. My app updated yesterday, I am on holiday and need supper but the app is broken. In the chat section, the dialog box to type the query disappears after the message “just type in any of 100 languages”. Don’t know how else to get in touch
