Numerous login failures
Dreadful app. Always an error message when logging in and when you ask to send a passcode that doesn’t work either. Waste of time. Also, the deals aren’t great.

Every single time I log in there is an issue. Some of the rewards are ok but the instructions are rarely accurate.

The fact you have to create a separate password for the three+ app is ludicrous. Even banking apps don’t need this. In day and age you should just be able to type in a passcode or your number which they send a text to and that should be it. As it is the app is already registered in your phone. Why the need to create yet another password in the name of “security” when the app carries no important personal details anyway ! It’s security gone nuts for no reason ! Every time I want to enter the app it asks me to login unlike other apps that remember you are logged in already. Such a pain and reason I only use it a couple of times a year, who can bothered to try and find your three+ password that you had written down each time !!

Prizes are drab
In July 2026 they watered down the prices to make it now nothing special because we are still paying something rather than getting a little treat for free.
Unable to scroll on iPhone 12
Trying to use the cafe Nero reward and can’t as unable to scroll to accept notification that it needs to be used in 1 hour. Latest app and IOS software. Partner has iPhone X and works fine. Sort it out please.
Voucher
Why can I not share my voucher with my husband? Why can I not take a screenshot of it anymore? This is absolutely disgusting.

Unable to obtain Cafe Nero voucher on the updated App as it always freezes on the download page, very frustrating.

One of the reasons I am still with Three after 20 plus years is the Three plus app. I am a big cafe Nero fan and my weekly £1 coffee was a genuine treat.
When it was changed to a £2 drink it was a bit of a blow but to find out it was timed meant I could no longer use it at the weekend as the codes had all gone and I couldn’t get the code on a Monday and save it for the Saturday coffee.
However, this wasn’t the issue. The issue was and remains that I cannot access the reward through the app at all. I spent hours talking to a chatbot followed by a real person at three who got cut off and they couldn’t solve it either. Eventually through trial and error I managed to log in through a web browser rather than the app and get the reward to enjoy my £2 coffee.
The next visit to Nero my three plus app decided that both my biometric log in and my password were wrong so locked me out. Meaning yet again no Three plus rewards.
This is now becoming tiresome. What is the point of a customer reward system that cannot be accessed?
Perhaps it’s finally time to leave Three altogether.

Doesn’t load up properly then says it’s expired without having used it. May change network if this continues
Can’t redeem rewards
Can’t redeem timed rewards if your phone is set to a large text size as pop up box won’t scroll down. This is discrimination against people without perfect eyesight. Please fix.

Codes
None of the codes work in this app. No cinema or coffe codes. There’s always ‘something wrong’ with the app when it comes to copying the codes.
Black screen screenshots are terrible
New update removes functionality. New update introduced inability to take screenshots - so my husband can’t send me cinema vouchers to book the tickets, and I can’t send him my coffee voucher so he could use at work. Update has made the app a lot worse.
Timer a disaster
Timer set up is awful - no signal in some places so you can’t use it and other times press claim now by accident (like now!!) and lose the reward. Very unhappy!!!
Very easy
I wasn’t expecting to be so easy to find a code to use and get some good discount. I wanted to watch tomorrow evening the movie of Spider-Man and I have just used the code found on here. 2 tickets for picturehouse only £10.85 instead of £32. I saved so much money. I m so happy.
Cineworld
Three+ got rid of their £3 Cineworld tickets. Now it’s 2 for £10. No offer for solo movie goers?? Extremely disappointed with this offer.
