£1 nero drink gone up and now needs to be used within an hour??

Literally thinking of leaving Three for another carrier over the £1 Nero coffee being nixed and replaced by £2 Nero coffee. Hell no.
Okay, but currently doesn’t work.
I’ve used the codes for a few years now, no issues or problems, quite a good deal.
Recently neither the app nor website accept my login details.
Despite resetting passwords and reinstalling, and contacting Three directly, nothing works.
Guess we’ll see.

Does not work
App has stopped working and will not allow me to reset. I get an error message saying I have used the wrong information too many times even though I am resetting with new password. I receive a text message to reset but then am refused. I have reported to Three but as usual they do not have a solution.

The £1 Wenzel’s coffee
The £1 Wenzel’s coffee offer just doesn’t open anymore to redeem. I’ve been to two branches of Wenzel’s and tried to open the app code but it just gets stuck and doesn’t open. Very disappointing because I moved from O2 phone to Three because of this £1 coffee offer! Good job I didn’t sign up to a 2 year contract!! The app needs serious improvements like marking the voucher as “used” once it’s been redeemed as it’s difficult to remember with so many codes.

Not found a single code that works so not much of a benefit. They all want you to download apps to use also. Don’t waste your time!

even though my account is valid and i can easily log in, i can never access anything on the app as it always times out or has errors every single time i try to go on it + it takes ages to load even with perfect wifi or data

Cafe Nero codes run out the morning of their release which is ridiculous! All other discounts have reduced in quality there used to be some good discounts now I can’t/don’t want to use most of them

Bogus rewards
A bunch of the rewards aren’t real. For instance, I tried booking a free ticket for kids London theatre week. It’s £13 for a single entry and £24 for a ‘free’ ticket plus a single entry when you try to use the deal. I told three via chat and they gave me a number to call, but that number wasn’t for the people who offer the reward. I also just tried getting a £1 coffee in N16 and the closest spot that showed up on my map appeared close by but was actually in SE8 (Wolfy’s bar). In theory I could walk there and see what it is, but don’t want to go if it’s not a real coffee shop.

App crashes all the time
Impossible to login, tells me I have tried to login too many times and failed, even after trying once. I have tried to delete and redownload the app multiple times but unable to access rewards for many months now due to login issue :( it was working fine last year
Nero code scam
Convinced that offering Nero codes is a scam at this point. They cut the amount offered right down and replaced it with a coffee code no one wants. Finally got up early enough to claim one yesterday, app errors out, “go to your codes” on the Nero claim and there’s nothing there!
This offer was legitimately the reason I chose this network. Such a letdown.
