Terrible app
Do the makers of this app not even read the feedback here? I’ve used this app for five minutes and I’m incredulous the JCC switched over to this. Multiple steps just to sign up for a class. Terrible interface. Not user friendly. I don’t understand this decision

It is a terrible app! It doesn’t work!
My work changed to Amelia…
I am so upset and frustrated that my work switched over to the Amelia system. It truly feels like a salesman came over and sold them on a system they didn’t even look into. This company should be embarrassed at such a product and service. It makes something simple into 8 steps of complicated confusing mess.

Worst app I’ve ever had to use
I’m forced to use this app to register for a class. App won’t give me member discount unless I purchase the membership again (not the class again, the annual membership $$$).
As a former IT professional, I am having great difficulty with both the app and website, trying to figure out where I need to go and how to update what needs to be updated. Very clunky, amateurish interface. Good luck if you have visual accessibility issues—you’ll be SOL on this app.

Not good at all
Poor Scheduling Interface
The app does not distinguish available live and virtual reservations. You make a live reservation and discover that you are on the waitlist. It also does not let you know how many reservations are remaining for each live and virtual experience.
Need Wallet Support
A bit clunky but works fine.
I’d like to request being able add one’s pass to their Apple wallet or equivalent. It would be a huge improvement over fumbling through the app while walking into the gym.

Terrible customer experience
Why would a gym subject its customers to this? Did anyone test this? Takes incredible number of steps to make a reservation or do anything you might want. I can only guess that the benefits to the JCC mist be enormous for them to sacrifice the customer experience to such a degree. Really poor .

So many clicks to accomplish anything. Shocking bad user interface.

Download the app…try setting up account name and password…be told you don’t exist. Annoying!!

So upset that my club switched to this app. One of the worst I have ever used it is designed so incredibly poorly. I would rate it zero stars if I could, this is the first review I’m ever leaving. That’s how bad this app is.
WORST APP EVER
The clubs that sign on to use this app should be embarrassed! End-users are not considered as important. The interface is POOR. This app triples or quadruple the time it takes to interact & schedule anything. No option for an automatic calendar invite. - really! Every transaction makes 3 separate emails! Receipt, confirm, calendar invite. Give me a break!! The engineers here must be idiots. Minimal customization available to the clubs. We used to be able to schedule at a certain time once a week for the full day, one week out. Now classes become available only on the hour, one week out. Come on!!! Anyone who might like to take multiple classes in a day must monitor this idiotic app multiple times a day. Wow.

Add Basic Shortcuts
I need to use this app to access a building twice a day, every day. There’s no shortcut to get to my ID barcode. This is all I need it for. I just want it to open to my barcode every time. Or have an Apple wallet option. That’s all I need it for.

Really, really poor design from sign it to functionality, I recommend you do not waste your time on this.
No google account option
The web provides google account sign in option, but app does not.
