Je pensais avoir une bronchite, l’infirmière ma pause des questions pour au final m’envoyer au urgence ou j’ai attendu 20 heures pour qu’il me dise que ces pas urgent que j’aurais du prendre un rendez-vous dans un sans-rendez-vous… pour finalement me faire dire que c’est bien une bronchite. L’appli m’a seulement faite perdre mon temps le 811 m’aurais orienté dans du sans-rendez-vous. Il peuvent rien faire de concret.

Timely and thoughtful treatment
I caught cold symptoms, horrified by fatigue, sore throat, thick sputum, thick yellow running noses, and could not sleep well during night due to congestion. Thinking long waiting time in ER, or waiting time with mu GP all got my headache worse. Luckily, my husband’s company having this virtual care service. I was happy to see the RN and nurse practitioner at my home. The nurses asked my symptoms in details, and gave advice of sinus rinse, night Tyleno Sinus, lot of rest, lots of water, and taught me the indicators of go to hospital ER. It works well on me. I love the timely and thorough care.
